Our rate of hospital readmission is far below the national average and we boast one of the lowest hospital readmission rates in the area. These low numbers reflect our commitment to providing high quality care to all our residents.
How do we do it?
Dr. John Michel, our Medical Director, and Olive Hackett, our Director of Nursing are both extremely involved in the day-to-day care of residents. Together, they ensure that our experienced and devoted team of doctors, nursing staff, and care providers improve the lives of residents with complex needs through tailored care plans and a patient-centered approach. We have a number of specialist doctors and medical staff onsite regularly to eliminate the need to travel to appointments.

From the moment they arrive, our residents are welcomed by our dynamic Patient Concierges, who are on duty five days a week.
