Veterans Program
Catering To Our Vets
At Centennial we are especially proud to have many Veterans call our community their home. As part of our commitment to care, we devote resources to ensure enhanced programming and promote mental, physical and emotional wellbeing and safety, which is our highest priority for all our residents.
Our 180-bed skilled nursing community is equipped with a dedicated Veterans Wing. Here, our Veterans meet weekly in the Veterans Lounge to socialize and commemorate their years of service together. Each month we coordinate a wider Veterans Group meeting in our Dining Room which features specialized programming and refreshments to honor their service.
